Before you Register--What Division will my Player be in for Spring 2022

With the 2022 Spring Season on the way, you may want to understand what division your player will be in for the upcoming season.

The new HLL Website will essentially make sure your player is in the right division but here are the Sport Specific Date Ranges we use to place players:

Baseball Divisions:

Minor A (Coach Pitch): Baseball Ages 5-6

Minor AA (Player and Coach Pitch): Ages 7-8

Minor AAA (Player Pitch): Ages 9-10

Majors Baseball: Age 11

Intermediate/50-70 Baseball: Ages 12-13

Juniors Baseball: Ages 14-15

Seniors Baseball: Ages 15-16

Softball Divisions:

Minor B Softball (Coach Pitch): Softball Ages 6-8 (Note: Softball Age is based on January 1st so if your player turns 6 in 2022, then Little League considers them softball age "5" these players will need to play Minor A Baseball or Little Minors Softball with our Local Sponsor: Huntley Park District)

Minor A Softball (Player/Coach Pitch): Ages 9-10

Majors Softball (Player Pitch): Ages 11-12

Juniors Softball: Ages 13-14

Seniors Softball: Ages 15-16
